The Beautiful Garden

June14

The sky was bright blue with little fluffy clouds drifting across. In the distance trees blew in the gentle breeze as the soft grass waved in the air. Beautiful flowers of every colour danced gractiously with each other. All across this wonderful field were bushes filled with roses and trees full of bright green leaves. Nearby a lake slowly travelled along as a fish came to the waters edge. The sun was setting below the hill that stood tall among the flowers. The snowy white clouds made pictures in the sky like dancing butterflys.

Up ahead were snowy mountains that went up about ninety metres. Surrounding it were beautiful bluebells that grew tall and proud. From the top of the highest mountain, avalanches of snow came tumbling down towards the bottom and piling up. The peak of the mountains were barely covered with snow because so much had fallen down. There was hardly any wind but it was blowing the soft snow off the mountains and onto the grass below. As the sun sunk lower and lower, very nearly out of view, the breeze was no longer there and the flowers lay very still.

How and why do people pray?

June14

why do people pray?

More than at anytime in history, people are seeking answers to life struggles, problems, and challenges.Natural and man-made disasters are causing more and more stress in people, and their lives are under intense pressure.Hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, countries in dept¬it is hard to comprehend the pressure these exert upon families to survive.

Modern lifestyles are increasingly materialistic as people look to possessions to fill a perceives gap in there life.Frequently ,they look for religious experiences, preferring  new age mystical experiences,or even occult involvement,to christian faith based upon the bible, the world of god.

How do people pray?

Take the time to pray.No matter how you pray or who you you pray to,it can be difficult to find time for praying during busy times. One way to deal with this is to make a prayer part of your daily routine ,such as praying  soon as you wake up in the morning ,right before you go to sleep,or before every meal. There is no wrong time to pray.

  •  Many people pray during emotional times, like when they feel  sad, scared or happy.you can pray at any time of day ,and as much or as little as you feel is sufficient for your spiritual life. Some people make it their own goal to maintain a state of prayer all the time by remaining conscious of their spiritual connection without the day.

Where do people pray?

Many people pray in a church(the home of god)to thank about a generous  thing which happened in there lifetime or what happened in that day.People pray around the world by meditating on a praying mat or in front of a candle or two. There are lots of ways to pray.Go to request.org.uk/life/spirituality/how-do-Christians-pray/to find out more
